Do you talk about change more than you actually do it? Why? Unearth why you may avoid change–whether that’s a driving different way to work, trying a different hairstyle, or confronting an in-law who’s trying to run your life.

What is one thing you have implemented in your life in the past ninety days that demonstrates true change? Have you started going to the gym three days a week, no matter what? Have you started writing in your journal every Monday morning about the Success of your past week? Even if it’s for five minutes?
