In reality one maybe going toward it lifelong period of time. One step a day makes it thirty steps, multiply it by seven, equals two hundred and ten, by three hundred and sixty days equals three hundred and sixty steps.
You get the picture. Make sure, you don’t give up making steps. Don’t forget to celebrate your efforts. There is no end result, it’s a journey. Goal, after goal, after goal.
